عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ قَالَ:
وَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ قَالَتْ: إِنْ جَعَلْتَ أَمْرِي بِيَدِي فَلَكَ مَا عَلَيْكَ صَدَاقِي كُلُّهُ، قَالَ: فَأَمْرُكِ بِيَدِكِ، قَالَتْ: فَأَنَا طَالِقَةٌ ثَلَاثًا، قَالَ: " هِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ بَائِنَةٌ
