كَانَ الْحَسَنُ، وَقَتَادَةُ فِيهَا عَلَى قَوْلِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ.

في رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً فَلَمْ يَفْرِضْ لَهَا وَلَمْ يَمَسَّهَا حَتَّى مات قالا لَهَا صَدَاقَ امْرَأَةٍ مِنْ نِسَائِهَا لَا وَكْسَ وَلَا شَطَطَ وَعَلَيْهَا الْعِدَّةُ وَلَهَا الْمِيرَاثُ
