إِنْ طَلَّقَهَا غَيْرَ حَامِلٍ، ثُمَّ تُوُفِّيَ عَنْهَا، فَإِنَّهَا تَسْتَقْبِلُ عِدَّةَ الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا مِنْ يَوْمِ يَمُوتُ
