عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، وَقَتَادَةَ، قَالَا:
إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ الْمَرْأَةَ وَاحِدَةً أَوِ اثْنَتَيْنِ، ثُمَّ تُوُفِّيَ عَنْهَا قَبْلَ انْقَضَاءِ عِدَّتِهَا، اعْتَدَّتْ عِدَّةَ الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا مِنْ يَوْمِ يَمُوتُ وَوَرِثَتْهُ
