عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً فَعَاسَرَهُ أَهْلُهَا فَحَلَفَ أَنْ لَا يَبْنِيَ بِهَا سَنَةً، فَقَالَ: " لَا نَرَى هَذَا - وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ - مِثْلَ الْمُولِي، إِنَّمَا الْإِيلَاءُ بَعْدَ الدُّخُولِ، إِنَّمَا يَأْمُرُهُ الْإِمَامُ بِالرَّجْعَةِ بِالتَّكْفِيرِ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ، وَتَعْجِيلِ الْبِنَاءِ بِأَهْلِهِ
