فِي رَجُلٍ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ إِنْ مَسَسْتُكِ خَمْسَةَ أَشْهُرٍ، قَالَ: " لَيْسَ ذَلِكَ بِإِيلَاءٍ، لَيْسَ الطَّلَاقُ بِيَمِينٍ فَيَكُونُ إِيلَاءً
