✧ The one who swears by triple divorce that he will not do it, then divorces once and the waiting period ends, then does what he swore about

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ مَطَرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، وَابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ
فِي رَجُلٍ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: إِنْ فَعَلْتِ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَهِيَ طَالِقٌ وَاحِدَةً، أَوِ اثْنَتَيْنِ، ثُمَّ لَمْ تَفْعَلْ ذَلِكَ حَتَّى طَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا، وَتَزَوَّجَتْ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ، وَدَخَلَ بِهَا، ثُمَّ طَلَّقَهَا، فَتَزَوَّجَهَا زَوْجُهَا الْأَوَّلُ فَفَعَلَتِ الَّذِي قَالَ، قَالَ: " لَا يَقَعُ عَلَيْهِ حِنْثٌ، لِأَنَّ الثَّلَاثَ تَهْدِمُ مَا قَبْلَهَا
