عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
إِذَا ظَاهَرَ مِنِ امْرَأَتِهِ، ثُمَّ طَلَّقَهَا، ثُمَّ تَرَكَهَا حَتَّى انْقَضَتْ عِدَّتُهَا، ثُمَّ تَزَوَّجَتْ غَيْرَهُ فَمَاتَ عَنْهَا أَوْ طَلَّقَهَا، ثُمَّ رَاجَعَهَا زَوْجُهَا الْأَوَّلُ، قَالَ: " لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ كَفَّارَةُ الظِّهَارِ "،
