وَأَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ سَمِعَ الْحَسَنَ يَقُولُ مِثْلَ قَوْلِ الزُّهْرِيِّ.

فِي الرَّجُلَيْنِ يَحْلِفَانِ بِالطَّلَاقِ وَالْعَتَاقَةِ عَلَى أَمْرٍ يَخْتَلِفَانِ فِيهِ وَلَمْ تَقُمْ عَلَى وَاحِدَ مِنْهُمَا بَيِّنَةٌ عَلَى قَوْلِهِ قَالَ يُدَيَّنَانِ وَيُحَمَّلَانِ مِنْ ذَلِكَ مَا تَحَمَّلَا
