عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي الرَّجُلَيْنِ يَحْلِفَانِ بِالطَّلَاقِ، وَالْعَتَاقَةِ عَلَى أَمْرٍ يَخْتَلِفَانِ فِيهِ، وَلَمْ تَقُمْ عَلَى وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بَيِّنَةٌ عَلَى قَوْلِهِ، قَالَ: " يُدَيَّنَانِ، وَيُحَمَّلَانِ مِنْ ذَلِكَ مَا تَحَمَّلَا
