عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَا نَأْتِي مِنْ عَوْرَاتِنَا وَمَا نَذَرُ ؟ قَالَ: احْفَظْ عَلَيْكَ عَوْرَتَكَ إِلَّا مِنْ زَوْجَتِكَ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ يَمِينُكَ قَالَ: قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ فَإِذَا كَانَ بَعْضُنَا فِي بَعْضٍ ؟ قَالَ: إِنِ اسْتَطَعْتَ أَنْ لَا يَرَى أَحَدٌ عَوْرَتَكَ فَافْعَلْ قَالَ: قُلْتُ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِذَا كَانَ أَحَدُنَا خَالِيًا ؟ قَالَ: فَاللهُ أَحَقُّ أَنْ يُسْتَحْيَى مِنْهُ، وَوَضَعَ يَدَهُ عَلَى فَرْجِهِ
Translation
✧ I said: O Messenger of God, what may we expose of our private parts and what must we conceal? He said: Guard your private parts except from your wife or what your right hand possesses. He said: I said: O Messenger of God, what if some of us are with others? He said: If you can avoid letting anyone see your private parts, do so. He said: I said: What do you think if one of us is alone? He said: God is more deserving that one be modest before Him. And he placed his hand over his private part.
