عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، وَمَعْمَرٍ
فِي رَجُلٍ غَابَ عَنِ امْرَأَتِهِ، فَقَالَ: طَلَّقْتُكِ مُنْذُ سَنَةٍ، فَقَالَتْ: قَدْ حِضْتُ ثَلَاثَ حِيَضٍ، قَالَ: تَعْتَدُّ مِنْ يَوْمِ أَخْبَرَهَا، وَلَا يَتَوَارَثَانِ، وَقَدْ مَضَى الطَّلَاقُ
