✧ The man divorces the woman while she is in another land — from which day does she observe the waiting period

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ:
فِي الَّتِي تُطَلَّقُ وَاحِدَةً أَوِ اثْنَتَيْنِ، ثُمَّ لَا يَأْتِيهَا الْخَبَرُ حَتَّى تَنْقَضِيَ عِدَّتُهَا، هَلْ لِزَوْجِهَا عَلَيْهَا الرَّجْعَةُ ؟ وَهَلْ يَتَوَارَثَانِ فِي قَوْلِ مَنْ يَقُولُ: عِدَّتُهَا مِنْ يَوْمِ يَأْتِيهَا الْخَبَرُ ؟ قَالَ: لَا يَتَوَارَثَانِ، وَلَا رَجْعَةَ لَهُ عَلَيْهَا فِي قَوْلِ الْفَرِيقَيْنِ
