عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:
وَجْهُ الطَّلَاقِ أَنْ يُطَلِّقَهَا طَاهِرًا مِنْ غَيْرِ جِمَاعٍ، وَإِذَا اسْتَبَانَ حَمْلُهَا
