عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ وَقَتَادَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:
يُطَلِّقُهَا لِقُبُلِ عِدَّتِهَا طَاهِرًا، وَإِنْ أَحَبَّ تَرَكَهَا حَتَّى تَخْلُوَ عِدَّتُهَا، وَإِنْ شَاءَ طَلَّقَهَا عِنْدَ كُلِّ طُهْرٍ تَطْلِيقَةً
