عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:
طَلَاقُ الْعِدَّةِ أَنْ يُطَلِّقَهَا إِذَا طَهُرَتْ مِنَ الْحَيْضَةِ بِغَيْرِ جِمَاعٍ، قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ: قُلْتُ لِقَتَادَةَ: كَيْفَ أَصْنَعُ ؟ قَالَ: " إِذَا طَهُرَتْ فَطَلِّقْهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَمَسَّهَا، فَإِنْ بَدَا لَكَ أَنْ تُطَلِّقَهَا أُخْرَى تَرَكْتَهَا حَتَّى تَحِيضَ الْحَيْضَةَ الْأُخْرَى، ثُمَّ طَلِّقْهَا إِذَا طَهُرَتِ الثَّانِيَةَ، فَإِنْ أَرَدْتَ أَنْ تُطَلِّقَهَا الثَّالِثَةَ تَرَكْتَهَا حَتَّى تَحِيضَ، فَإِذَا طَهُرَتْ طَلِّقْهَا الثَّالِثَةَ. ثُمَّ تَعْتَدُّ حَيْضَةً وَاحِدَةً، ثُمَّ تَنْكِحُ إِنْ شَاءَتْ
