عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا أَرَادَ الرَّجُلُ أَنْ يُطَلِّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ فَلْيُطَلِّقْهَا حِينَ تَطْهُرَ مِنْ حَيْضِهَا تَطْلِيقَةً فِي غَيْرِ جِمَاعٍ، ثُمَّ يَتْرُكُهَا حَتَّى تَنْقَضِيَ عِدَّتُهَا، فَإِذَا فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ فَقَدْ طَلَّقَ كَمَا أَمَرَهُ اللهُ، وَكَانَ خَاطِبًا مِنَ الْخُطَّابِ. فَإِنْ هُوَ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُطَلِّقَهَا ثَلَاثَ تَطْلِيقَاتٍ فَلْيُطَلِّقْهَا عِنْدَ كُلِّ حَيْضَةٍ تَطْهُرُ مِنْهَا تَطْلِيقَةً فِي غَيْرِ جِمَاعٍ، فَإِنْ كَانَتْ قَدْ يَئِسَتْ مِنَ الْمَحِيضِ فَلْيُطَلِّقْهَا عِنْدَ كُلِّ هِلَالٍ تَطْلِيقَةً
