عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ يَعْمَرَ قَالَ:
قَدِمَ عَمَّارُ بْنُ يَاسِرٍ مِنْ سَفْرَةٍ فَضَمَّخَهُ أَهْلُهُ بِصُفْرَةٍ، قَالَ: ثُمَّ جِئْتُ فَسَلَّمْتُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ، قَالَ: عَلَيْكَ السَّلَامُ، اذْهَبْ فَاغْتَسِلْ قَالَ: فَذَهَبْتُ فَاغْتَسَلْتُ، ثُمَّ رَجَعْتُ وَبِي أَثَرُهُ، فَقُلْتُ: السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ، فَقَالَ: وَعَلَيْكُمُ السَّلَامُ، اذْهَبْ فَاغْتَسِلْ قَالَ: فَذَهَبْتُ فَأَخَذْتُ شَقْفَةً، فَدَلَّكْتُ بِهَا جِلْدِي حَتَّى ظَنَنْتُ أَنِّي قَدْ أَنْقَيْتُ، ثُمَّ أَتَيْتُهُ فَقُلْتُ: السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ، فَقَالَ: وَعَلَيْكُمُ السَّلَامُ اجْلِسْ ثُمَّ قَالَ: إِنَّ الْمَلَائِكَةَ لَا تَحْضُرُ جِنَازَةَ كَافِرٍ بِخَيْرٍ، وَلَا جُنُبًا حَتَّى يَغْتَسِلَ أَوْ يَتَوَضَّأَ وُضُوءَهُ لِلصَّلَاةِ، وَلَا مُتَضَمِّخًا بِصُفْرَةٍ
Translation
✧ Ammar b. Yasir came from a journey and his family anointed him with yellow perfume. He said: Then I came and greeted the Prophet ﷺ. He said: Peace be upon you. Go and perform ghusl. He said: So I went and performed ghusl, then returned with its trace on me. I said: Peace be upon you. He said: And peace be upon you. Go and perform ghusl. He said: So I went and took a potsherd and rubbed my skin with it until I thought I had cleaned it. Then I came to him and said: Peace be upon you. He said: And peace be upon you, sit down. Then he said: The angels do not attend the funeral of a disbeliever with good, nor a junub until he performs ghusl or performs wudu as for prayer, nor one anointed with yellow perfume.
