عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
وَجْهُ الطَّلَاقِ لِقُبُلِ عِدَّتِهَا طَاهِرًا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمَسَّهَا، ثُمَّ يَتْرُكُهَا حَتَّى تَخْلُوَ عِدَّتُهَا، فَإِنْ شَاءَ رَاجَعَهَا قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ رَاجَعَهَا
