عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
وَجْهُ الطَّلَاقِ أَنْ يُطَلِّقَهَا طَاهِرًا أَيَّانَ مَا طَلَّقَهَا، غَيْرَ أَنْ يُطَلِّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَحِيضَ بِأَيَّامٍ فِي قُبُلِ عِدَّتِهَا
