عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
﴿الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ عُقْدَةُ النِّكَاحِ ﴾الْأَبُ، وَقَوْلُهُ: ﴿إِلا أَنْ يَعْفُونَ ﴾هِيَ الْمَرْأَةُ
