عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
كُلُّ نِكَاحٍ عَلَى غَيْرِ وَجْهِ النِّكَاحِ إِذَا فُرِّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا فَلَا يَنْكِحُ هُوَ فِي تِلْكَ الْعِدَّةِ، وَقَالَ عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ: " لَا يَنْكِحُهَا
