عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ حَمَّادًا عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً، وَلَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا حَتَّى ذَهَبَ أَرْضًا أُخْرَى، فَتَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً وَدَخَلَ بِهَا، فَإِذَا هِيَ أُخْتُهَا مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ - قَالَ: " يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهُمَا جَمِيعًا، وَلَهَا مَهْرُهَا بِمَا اسْتَحَلَّ، فَإِذَا مَضَتْ عِدَّةُ الَّتِي دَخَلَ بِهَا فَأَنْكَحَتْهُ إِنْ شَاءَتْ
