عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ أَدْلَى أَحَدُهُمَا فِي الْإِنَاءِ، ثُمَّ أَخْرَجَ يَدَهُ، وَأَدْلَى الْآخَرُ حِينَ أَخْرَجَ هَذَا يَدَهُ لَمْ يَسْبِقْهُ إِلَّا بِذَلِكَ قَالَ: ذَلِكَ أَدْلَى جَمِيعًا قَدْ شَرَعَا جَمِيعًا قُلْتُ لَهُ: إِنْ كَانَتْ هِيَ الَّتِي سَبَقَتْهُ بِغَرْفَةٍ، ثُمَّ أَخْرَجَتْ يَدَهَا وَأَدْلَى هُوَ سَاعَتَئِذٍ، قَالَ: فَلَا يَضُرُّهُ قُلْتُ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ غَرَفَ أَحَدُهُمَا قَبْلَ الْآخَرِ غَرْفًا مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ وَلَمْ يَفْرُغْ فِي ذَلِكَ مِنْ غُسْلِهِ ؟ قَالَ: لَمْ يَشْرَعَا حِينَئِذٍ جَمِيعًا
Translation
✧ I said to ʿAṭāʾ: What do you think if one of them puts his hand into the vessel, then withdraws it, and the other puts his hand in when this one withdraws it, not preceding him except by that? He said: That is putting in together; they have begun together. I said to him: If she preceded him by one scoop, then withdrew her hand and he put his in at that moment? He said: Then it does not harm him. I said: What do you think if one of them scoops before the other a scoop from a single vessel and does not finish his ghusl? He said: Then they did not begin together.
