عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، وَالزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَا:
أَمْرُ الْأَبِ جَائِزٌ عَلَى الْبِكْرِ فِي النِّكَاحِ إِذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ سَفِيهًا
Translation
✧ The father’s decision is binding on a virgin in marriage, provided he is not incompetent.
