عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ عُمَرُ " أَنْ تُسْتَأْمَرُ الْيَتِيمَةُ فِي نَفْسِهَا، فَإِنْ سَكَتَتْ فَهُوَ رِضَاهَا
Translation

✧ Umar wrote: “The orphan girl is to be consulted concerning herself, and if she remains silent, that is her approval.”
