10342 10274 - قَالَ الْحَسَنُ: وَأَخْبَرَنِي الْحَكَمُ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمَ مِثْلَهُ.

أَنَّ عَلِيًّا قَالَ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ عَلَى حُكْمِهَا قَالَ النِّكَاحُ جَائِزٌ وَلَهَا صَدَاقُ مِثْلِهَا لَا وَكْسَ وَلَا شَطَطَ
Translation
✧ Al-Hasan said: And al-Hakam reported to me from Shurayh and Ibrahim the like of it.
