10302 10233 - قَالَ الثَّوْرِيُّ نص إضافيفِي رَجُلٍ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ مَالًا، فَجَاءَ نَصْرَانِيٌّ، فَقَالَ: هُوَ أَبِي، مَاتَ نَصْرَانِيًّا ! وَجَاءَ مُسْلِمٌ، فَقَالَ: هُوَ أَبِي، مَاتَ مُسْلِمًا ! فَقَالَ: " إِنَّمَا يَدَّعِيَانِ الْمَالَ، فَالْمَالُ بَيْنَهُمَا نِصْفَيْنِ ".
Translation
✧ 10302 10233 - Al-Thawri said, regarding a man who died and left property, and a Christian came and said: 'He is my father; he died a Christian!' And a Muslim came and said: 'He is my father; he died a Muslim!' He said: 'They are both claiming the property, so the property is between them, in two halves.'
