أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ عِيسَى، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ

أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُجِيزُ شَهَادَةَ النَّصْرَانِيِّ عَلَى الْيَهُودِيِّ، وَالْيَهُودِيِّ عَلَى النَّصْرَانِيِّ

Translation

✧ He used to permit the testimony of a Christian against a Jew, and of a Jew against a Christian.
