✧ Inheritance of the apostate

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ
أَنَّ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ قَضَى فِي مِيرَاثِ الْمُرْتَدِّ بِمِثْلِ قَوْلِ عَلِيٍّ
Translation
✧ Ibn Masud ruled concerning the inheritance of an apostate in the same way as Ali's saying.
