أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
أَيُّمَا قَرْيَةٍ أَتَيْتُمُوهَا فَسَهْمُكُمْ فِيهَا، أَوْ كَلِمَةٌ تُشْبِهُهَا. وَأَيُّمَا قَرْيَةٍ عَصَتِ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَأَرْضُهَا لِلهِ وَرَسُولِهِ ﷺ، ثُمَّ هِيَ لَكُمْ
Translation
✧ Any village you come upon, your share is in it—or words to that effect. And any village that disobeys God and His Messenger, its land belongs to God and His Messenger ﷺ, then it is yours.
