أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ الْبُنَانِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ النَّخَعِيِّ:
أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَسْلَمَ عَلَى عَهْدِ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ، فَقَالَ: ضَعِ الْجِزْيَةَ عَنْ أَرْضِي ! فَقَالَ عُمَرُ: إِنَّ أَرْضَكَ أُخِذَتْ عَنْوَةً
Translation
✧ A man embraced Islam during the time of Umar b. al-Khattab and said: Remove the jizyah from my land! Umar said: Your land was taken by force.
