أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ قَالَ: "
يُؤْخَذُ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ الضِّعْفُ مِمَّا يُؤْخَذُ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، مِنْ أَهْلِ الذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ ". قَالَ: فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ وَعُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ
Translation
✧ Twice what is taken from the Muslims is taken from the People of the Book, from the people of gold and silver.” He said: “Umar b. al-Khattab and Umar b. Abd al-Aziz did that.
