10158 10088 - أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ أَبِي عِيَاضٍ مِثْلَهُ.

Translation
✧ Regarding marrying polytheist women outside a covenant: he disliked their women and permitted their slaughtered animals in the land of war.
