✧ The two apostates
10147 10077 - قَالَ الثَّوْرِيُّ: " نص إضافيإِذَا ارْتَدَّتِ الْمَرْأَةُ، وَلَهَا زَوْجٌ لَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا - فَلَا صَدَاقَ لَهَا، وَقَدِ انْقَطَعَ مَا بَيْنَهُمَا. وَإِنْ كَانَ قَدْ دَخَلَ بِهَا فَلَهَا الصَّدَاقُ كَامِلًا ".
Translation
✧ Al-Thawri said: "If the woman apostatizes and she has a husband who has not consummated the marriage with her, there is no dowry for her, and the bond between them is severed. If he has consummated the marriage with her, she is entitled to the full dowry."
