أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا كَانَا مُحَارِبَيْنِ، فَأَسْلَمَ أَحَدُهُمَا - فَقَدِ انْقَطَعَ النِّكَاحُ
Translation
✧ When they are hostile combatants and one of them becomes Muslim, the marriage is severed.
