✧ A Christian woman under a Christian man who becomes Muslim before he has intercourse with her

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ رَبَاحٍ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
فِي النَّصْرَانِيَّةِ تَكُونُ تَحْتَ النَّصْرَانِيِّ، فَتُسْلِمُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا ! قَالَ: " يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا، وَلَا صَدَاقَ
Translation
✧ Regarding a Christian woman who is under a Christian man and she becomes Muslim before he has consummated the marriage with her? He said: "They are to be separated, and there is no dowry."
