أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ:
أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ اشْتَرَى خَمْرًا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُحَرَّمَ، فَلَمَّا حُرِّمَتْ، قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: " أَهْرِقْهُ ! قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّهُ لِأَيْتَامٍ ! قَالَ: " أَهْرِقْهُ " ! فَأَهَرَاقَهُ حَتَّى سَالَ فِي الْوَادِي
Translation
✧ A man from the Muslims bought wine before it was forbidden. When it was forbidden, the Prophet ﷺ said: "Spill it!" The man said: "O Messenger of God, it belongs to orphans!" He said: "Spill it!" So he spilled it until it flowed into the valley.
