أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ وَثَابِتٍ وَأَبَانَ، كُلِّهِمْ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ:
جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّ عِنْدِي مَالًا لِيَتِيمٍ فَاشْتَرَيْتُ بِهِ خَمْرًا، فَتَأْذَنُ لِي أَنْ أَبِيعَهَا، فَأَرُدَّ عَلَى الْيَتِيمِ مَالَهُ ؟ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: قَاتَلَ اللهُ الْيَهُودَ؛ حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الثُّرُوبُ فَبَاعُوهَا، وَأَكَلُوا أَثْمَانَهَا. وَلَمْ يَأْذَنْ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فِي بَيْعِ الْخَمْرِ
Translation
✧ A man came to the Messenger of God ﷺ and said: "O Messenger of God, I have wealth belonging to an orphan, and I bought wine with it. Do you permit me to sell it so I can return the orphan's wealth to him?" The Prophet ﷺ said: "May God fight the Jews! Fat was forbidden to them, so they sold it and ate its price." And the Prophet ﷺ did not permit him to sell the wine.
