أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ
فِي نَصْرَانِيٍّ سَلَّفَ نَصْرَانِيًّا فِي خَمْرٍ، ثُمَّ أَسْلَمَ أَحَدُهُمَا قَالَ: " أَخَذَ رَأْسَ مَالِهِ، فَإِذَا أَقْرَضَ أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ خَمْرًا، وَأَسْلَمَ الْمُقْرِضُ - لَمْ يَأْخُذْ شَيْئًا، وَإِنْ أَسْلَمَ الْمُسْتَقْرِضُ رَدَّ عَلَى النَّصْرَانِيِّ ثَمَنَ الْخَمْرِ
Translation
✧ Regarding a Christian who advanced a loan to a Christian for wine, then one of them became Muslim, he said: "He takes his capital. If one of them lends his companion wine and the lender becomes Muslim, he takes nothing. But if the borrower becomes Muslim, he returns to the Christian the price of the wine."
