أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
رَأَيْتُ عُمَرَ يُقَلِّبُ كَفَّيْهِ، وَيَقُولُ: " قَاتَلَ اللهُ سَمُرَةَ عُوَيْمِلًا لَنَا بِالْعِرَاقِ خَلَطَ فِي فَيْءِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ ثَمَنًا لَنَا بِالْخَمْرِ وَالْخِنْزِيرِ، فَهِيَ حَرَامٌ، وَثَمَنُهَا حَرَامٌ
Translation
✧ I saw Umar turning his palms over and saying: "May God fight Samurah! He was a worker of ours in Iraq. He mixed into the booty of the Muslims a price for us from wine and swine. For it is forbidden, and its price is forbidden."
