أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ نص إضافيالزُّهْرِيَّ: أَتُؤْخَذُ الْجِزْيَةُ مِمَّنْ لَيْسَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ ؟ فَقَالَ: " نَعَمْ، أَخَذَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَحْرَيْنِ، وَعُمَرُ مِنْ أَهْلِ السَّوَادِ، وَعُثْمَانُ مِنْ بَرْبَرٍ
Translation
✧ I asked al-Zuhrī: Is jizya taken from those who are not People of the Book? He said: "Yes. The Messenger of God ﷺ took it from the people of al-Baḥrayn, ʿUmar from the people of al-Sawād, and ʿUthmān from the Berbers."
