أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: " قَالُوا:
إِنْ زَنَى رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ بِمُسْلِمَةٍ أَوْ سَرَقَ لِمُسْلِمٍ شَيْئًا أُقِيمَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ، وَلَمْ يُعْرِضِ الْإِمَامُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ، يَقُولُ: كُلُّ شَيْءٍ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَأَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ لَا يُعْرِضُ عَنْهُ الْإِمَامُ
Translation
✧ If a man from the People of the Book commits adultery with a Muslim woman or steals something from a Muslim, the hadd punishment is carried out on him, and the ruler does not turn away from that. He says: everything between the Muslims and the People of the Book, the ruler does not turn away from it.
