✧ If a polytheist changes from one religion to another

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
حُدِّثْتُ حَدِيثًا رُفِعَ إِلَى عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ فِي يَهُودِيٍّ أَوْ نَصْرَانِيٍّ تَزَنْدَقَ، قَالَ: دَعُوهُ يَتَحَوَّلُ مِنْ دِينٍ إِلَى دِينٍ
Translation
✧ A hadith was narrated to me and traced back to Ali b. Abi Talib concerning a Jew or Christian who became a zindiq. He said: Leave him; he may move from one religion to another.
