أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ فِيمَنْ أَسْلَمَ مِنْ رَقِيقِ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ: أَنْ يُبَاعُوا
Translation
✧ Umar b. Abd al-Aziz wrote concerning those among the slaves of the protected people who accept Islam: they are to be sold.
