أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ فِي رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ اشْتَرَى أَمَةً مُسْلِمَةً سِرًّا، فَوَلَدَتْ لَهُ، قَالَ: " يُعَاقَبُ وَتُنْتَزَعُ مِنْهُ
Translation
✧ Ibn Shihab said concerning a man from the People of the Book who bought a Muslim slave woman secretly, and she bore him children: He is punished and she is taken away from him.
