أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ أَنْ " لَا تَشْتَرُوا مِنْ عَقَارِ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ وَلَا مِنْ بِلَادِهِمْ شَيْئًا
Translation
✧ Umar b. al-Khattab wrote: Do not buy any of the real estate of the dhimmis or any of their lands.
