Translation

that the Prophet ﷺ used to say in his Witr: “O Allah, I seek refuge in your pardon from Your Punishment, and I seek refuge in You from You, I am not capable of extolling You as You have extolled Yourself (Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bi-riḍāka min sakhaṭika, wa aʿūdhu bi-muʿāfātika min ʿuqūbatika, wa aʿūdhu bika minka, lā uḥsī thanā’an ʿalaika, anta kamā athnaita ʿalā nafsik).”

Al-Mundhirī said: Al-Bukhārī said: Abū al-ʿAbbās said: Abū Jaʿfar al-Dārimī was asked, "Did anyone other than Ḥammād narrate from this sheikh?" He said: I do not know of any. And Ḥammād has nothing from him except this hadith. Aḥmad b. Ḥanbal said: Hishām b. ʿAmr al-Fazārī is among the trustworthy (thiqāt). Abū Ḥātim al-Rāzī said: An old sheikh, trustworthy (thiqah).
