حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
" إِنْ شِئْتُمْ فَأَسْلِمُوهُ إِلَى عَذَابِ اللهِ، وَإِنْ شِئْتُمْ فَفُكُّوهُ
