حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، سَمِعَ زُرَارَةَ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ صَلَّى بِأَصْحَابِهِ الظُّهْرَ فَقَالَ: " أَيُّكُمْ قَرَأَ سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ: أَنَا. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: قَدْ عَرَفْتُ أَنَّ رَجُلًا خَالَجَنِيهَا

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed the noon prayer with his companions, then said: "Which of you recited 'Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High'?" A man said: I did. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "I knew that someone was contending with me in it."
